In padel, there are a variety of different shots that you can hit. Learning how to hit different types of shots will give you more options on the court and will make you a more versatile player.

Some of the most common shots in padel include:

  • The forehand: This is a shot that is hit with the dominant hand.

Play With Better Players

One of the best ways to improve your padel game is to play with better players. When you play against better players, you will be forced to raise your game and you will learn new things.
If you don’t know any better players, you can find them at your local padel club or by searching online.

Get a Coach

If you are serious about improving your padel game, you should consider getting a coach. A coach can help you to identify your weaknesses and develop a plan to improve them.

You can find coaches at our padel club.

  • Avoid high-fat, high-sugar foods. These can cause diarrhea, bloating, and discomfort when playing padel.
  • Avoid high-fiber foods. Fiber causes gas which can make you feel uncomfortable during a match or practice session.
  • Avoid protein shakes if they contain more than one serving of protein per shake (most do). Protein powders are great for building muscle but not so good at digesting properly when consumed in large amounts before exercise like padel matches/practices or tournaments where there are hundreds of players competing against each other!

Have Fun!

Padel is a great way to get exercise and have fun. So relax, enjoy yourself, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. The more you play, the better you will become.
